Overview

We believe in the power of communities and networks to unlock value for each other and shape the ecosystem within which we operate. On this account, we have structured our membership into two categories i.e., individual members and institutional members from which members engage with our work through communities of practice to strengthen pharmaceutical systems.

Our membership community is aimed at creating a long-term and intensive framework for sustainable collaboration among organizations and individuals working within the African pharmaceutical sector to unlock value towards realizing our mission – reliable access to safe, effective and quality health products and technologies in Africa.

Individual Membership

Individual membership is open to students or professionals working in or with an interest in African pharmaceutical industry i.e., pharmacists, pharmaceutical scientists, pharmaceutical technicians, pharmaceutical technologists, medical advisors, medical representatives, legal advisors, communication specialists, regulatory affairs professionals, policy makers, technical advisors, pharmacovigilance professionals, quality assurance professionals among others.

Individual membership is structured into:

  • Students: Students pursuing a degree or diploma in pharmaceutical sciences, Bachelor of Pharmacy, PharmD or biological sciences with interest in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Professionals: Professionals working in or with an interest in African pharmaceutical industry across the continuum from research & development to clinical care.
