Our Impact

Overview

On our mission to strengthen pharmaceutical systems to ensure reliable access to safe, effective and quality health products and technologies, we believe in making measurable impact. Our impact measurement is guided by principles captured in “Measure What Matters: How Google, Bono and the Gates Foundation rock the world using OKRs” by John Doerr.

We are guided by the belief that with the right people, who are well resourced and meaningfully engaged we can transform Africa’s pharmaceutical industry. Our approach is therefore grounded on the fact that we can unlock human potential by attracting the right talent, tooling and retooling them and engaging them to deliver transformative projects in Africa’s pharmaceutical renaissance.

We measure our impact to stay focused on our North Star and leverage the stories of our members, fellows, partners and peers to motivate us for the journey ahead.

We are glad to have you with us in this journey. Explore and engage.
